Alexandra Crowley
Board Member and Program Director
Alexandra Crowley joined Phillips Charitable Foundation as a founding Board Member in 2016. She joined full time as a Program Director in charge of the Western Pennsylvania granting programs.
Before joining PCF full time Alexandra began her nursing career at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in 2010 as a nursing student. She has experience in Neurosurgery, Trauma/General Surgery, Cardio-Thoracic Surgery, nursing leadership, Department of Health compliance and onboarding of new staff.
Through the years she has held the roles of Patient Care Tech, Professional Staff Nurse, Senior Clinician and lastly, Unit Director. She was one of the co-leads of the Unit Director Transformational Leadership Council and has sat on many hospital and system committees.
Alexandra has been awarded the 2017 Outstanding Preceptor Award for the UPMC system, and the 2013 Community Champion Award for Duquesne University, School of Nursing.
She holds a Master’s of Science in Nurse Management and Executive Leadership from Sacred Heart University, Fairfield, Connecticut and a BS in Nursing from Duquesne University, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
