Patricia Napolitano
Director of Grants and Due Diligence

Patricia Napolitano joined Philips Charitable Foundation in 2018 and was instrumental in formulating the grant making program.

Ms. Napolitano has over thirty years of experience in criminal justice and law enforcement with special skill sets in due diligence and private investigations. Her industry experience is comprised of professional sports, anti-money laundering, corporate finance, real estate, mergers and acquisition, construction, at-risk adolescents and organized crime. She began her career in 1984 with the New York State Organized Crime Task Force where she earned her law enforcement retirement in 1999.  Later in ’99, she served as Manager of Due Diligence at Sutton Associates in Hicksville, New York. She has also provided her consulting and managerial services to other prestigious private investigative and intelligence organizations in the New York City area.

Along with her professional accomplishments, Ms. Napolitano has been active in Parent-Athletic Organization in Syosset, NY, serving as Team Parent for Syosset youth football, baseball, and lacrosse teams.

She earned a BS in Criminal Justice from Iona College, New Rochelle, New York in 1985.
